Andrea von Ahlen is a beautiful 1-2 year-old light sable Shepherd mix. Beautiful Andrea is still assessing the world around her. That being the case, she exits her kennel for her outings a bit unsure but does not allow her apprehension of the unknown interfere with her walking manners, in which she excels. Andrea meets dogs a little shyly but, once past the introductions, she walks great next to them. She needs a bit of time to adjust to a new environment, but she does great with both male and female dogs who have a calm energy like hers. Andrea does well in playgroups.  Although she enters the yard with some apprehension, she meets the other dogs well and, after a little while, she roams the yard, exploring, with her tail wagging. She will get scared and run away if hyper or pushy dogs run up to her, however.  With people, Andrea is very sweet -- she wags her tail when you talk to her and will lean on you for a little cuddle. This gentle and sensitive girl is ready to join the home - near or far - that is ready to show her the kind of love that will convince her the world is good, after all.
